· Yisangnu has a ballroom, used for tea ceremony experience, concert, meeting, or dining place.
· Additional charge is 10,000 won per additional one person. Breakfast is not included, but it is available upon reservation with extra charge.
· Dining is prepared by host and local cook, Korean traditional style with around 15 side dishes - seasonal vegetables and famous Andong mackerel.
· Group over 20 people: dining provided with buffet style, around 15 side dishes.
· Group special: Barbecue party is available for 15,000 won per person, please call office for details.
· Barbecue is available at a shared barbecue space, prepare your own materials(meat, charcoal, cooking foil, gas, dish, cup, spoon, etc.)
 ·Internet and wi-fi are available, but data speed is faster outside of the room.
·Total capacity of 80-100 people can stay in the house.
· Rental rates are same all year round, reservation is completed upon payment confirmation.
· Slippers and traditional shoes are prepared for use, you can also experience traditional style bowl(for temporary restroom in the room) upon request. You need to clean it up after use.

Bathroom and Shower

· Hot water boiler for shower is available
· There are total 4 restrooms and shower facilities in and outside of the house.
· Please be advised that there are three kinds of restroom - shared/men/women.
· Please prepare personal toiletries including towel. There are some towels provided at the office upon request.

Cooking

· Cooking is available at shared rest area under Yisangnu, except for winter season.
· Please prepare your own dish, spoon, side dish. Pot, rice cooker, microwave, gas stove are furnished in the kitchen.
·Water purifier is prepared in the public space, and water bottle is provided in each room.
· You can drink mountain spring water.

No Smoking Allowed

·Smoking is available outside of the building.

Notice

· Please be careful in using the facility. Historic house is a precious cultural heritage.
· Pillow case will be replaced each time after stay.
· Bedding are washed once a week.
· All cleaning is performed with environmental friendly cleaners such as cinnamon powder and vinegar.
· Available to accompany pets. Please clean up the pet mess.
· Campfire space is available at parking lot. Firewood and oil are available for purchase at around 100,000 won. Ask office for details. 
· There is a fan in each room, air conditioner is furnished in Mae, Nan, Guk, Juksil.
· Tea and tea sets are prepared in each room, so that you can enjoy anytime.
· We furnished traditional toys such as Top, Jegi, Tuho, Gulleongsoe and Yut.

Facilities

· There are convenience store and restaurants at the entrance of Bongjeongsa Temple, 5 minutes by car.
· Seohu-myeon market is in 5 minutes by car.
· Recommend to prepare your own snack in advance.
